Ingredients:

  • Lavash flatbread (similar to tortilla)
  • 100g of butter
  • 200g of cottage cheese or nadughi (similar to ricotta cheese)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Georgian soft cheese, to taste
  • Optional: chopped garlic

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the cottage cheese and salt to taste. Be cautious not to add too much salt. If desired, add a little bit of chopped garlic for extra flavor. Mix well.

  2. Wrap the lavash flatbread and cut it into rolls.

  3. Place the lavash rolls on a heated pan.

  4. Pour the butter and cheese mixture over the lavash rolls, ensuring it almost covers the pieces.

  5. Add some grated Georgian soft cheese on top and cover the pan.

  6. Cook the dish on low heat for 10 minutes.
